Important Information

All our collaborators have undergone specific training on protocols regarding prevention, hygiene and safety.

In every common area, you will find dispensers with sanitizing gel.

The outdoor spaces, on the other hand, are large enough to allow you to stay safe even without a mask, always respecting the rules of social distancing.

FAST CHECK-IN

Check-in was moved forward one (1) hour, therefore the rooms will be available from 15 onwards.

It is important that at your arrival the vaccination certificates or valid covid test be shown along with the identity card and valid credit card in order to proceed with your check-in, faster and safer. During the check-in procedure, the wearing of face masks and using hand sanitizer are mandatory. Upon arrival, for your safety, your body temperature will be measured with infrared thermometers.

ROOM SECURITY

We have carefully studied the WHO and ISS protocols because we want to ensure a safe environment.

Your room will be sanitized and ventilated according to the ISS protocols. We also reserve the same treatment for air conditioning systems and we do every time a new guest arrived.

We clean your room daily with adequate sanitizing products and pay particular attention to the parts that are frequently touched such as remote control, handles, switches, etc.

The bedding is certified at each change because it is washed according to the regulations indicated by the ministry of health.

BUFFET BREAKFAST

We have modified our spaces indoor and outdoor to help you enjoy your breakfast in complete freedom and safety. Access to the restaurant will be limited.

At the entrance you will find our staff, ready to given you directions to reach your table. The tables are spaced at least one (1) meter apart.

The buffets are no longer allowed, however our operators are happy to welcome your requests directly to the table, feel free to ask from the following choices: coffee, tea, cappuccino, croissants, fruit salad, jams, bread, eggs, bacon, yogurt... So you can start the day with a tasteful refill by sitting comfortably at your table.

THE PLEASURE OF AN OUTDOOR APERITIF

While you will be seated on the sofas of our beautiful terrace during the summer months, our bartender will come directly to you to take your order. Orders and drinks must be consumed while sitting on the table.

We kindly ask you to respect the social distancing measures in order to guarantee the maximum safety. You can use all the tables that you find available: they are positioned at the right distance indicated by the regional ordinance and we sanitize them at each guest use.
