Reception/Concierge
The 4-star Hotel Degli Artisti has a multilingual Staff which will be available to help and offer tips to guests and any leisure information required. Our staff have their fingers on the heartbeat of our city and are able to advise guests on restaurants, night life, sporting and theatre events, sightseeing tours and shopping among other things.
They are able to direct guests to any location or place at any time of day or night.
Hotel Degli Artisti is uniquely equipped to assist our guests in accessing the best of Rome's events and attractions, including restaurant reservations, theatre tickets, concert passes and sporting events.
Please feel free to contact the Reception to arrange for any special requests as childcare service providers.
Porterage/Valet parking
Our bellmen will be happy to assist you with porterage and luggage storage.
The hotel’s parking facility is off-site. The Valet parking is subject to availability on the day for a surcharge.
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping staff provides daily room cleaning.
Laundry
Same-day dry-cleaning and laundry services are available seven days a week. Just complete the list, place it with your laundry and price list located in the room closet and take to the reception by 10am.
SMOKING POLICY
Hotel degli Artisti is a non-smoking hotel. A non-refundable fee of euro 250 – euro 500 will be charged for costs associated with proper deep cleaning of the room.
